Shipping Availability by Destination
Destinations are grouped using the international shipping zones used for our shipping calculations. Carrier availability may vary due to temporary transportation or postal restrictions.

UPS is not available for destinations outside Zone 4.

How Does International Shipping Work?
Once all items in your order arrive at our location in Tokyo — which normally takes at least 7 business days — we prepare the products for international shipping.
Arrival times in Tokyo vary depending on the original seller or store. Marketplace purchases and orders from official Japanese retailers may require different domestic processing times.
Please note: products belonging to different orders are not combined into the same shipment.

ePacket · Japan Post
- International air service from Japan.
- Direct shipment from Japan to the destination country.
- Maximum weight: 2 kg.
- Maximum package dimensions: total length + width + height up to 90 cm.
- Estimated delivery time: approximately 15–21 days, depending on destination and postal conditions.
- Tracking included.
- Import duties and taxes charged at destination are the customer’s responsibility.
EMS · Express Mail Service
- International express service from Japan.
- Direct shipment from Japan to the destination country.
- Maximum weight: up to 30 kg where supported.
- Faster delivery than standard postal options in most supported destinations.
- Tracking included.
- Import duties and taxes charged at destination are the customer’s responsibility.
UPS · International Courier
- Courier shipping with end-to-end tracking.
- Available only for Zone 4, including the United States.
- UPS is not offered by TOKIO MANIA for destinations outside Zone 4.
- Delivery time depends on the selected UPS service and final destination.
- Shipments are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
- Duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other import-related charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Rates depend on the final package weight and dimensions, destination country and available shipping service.
How Is the Shipping Cost Calculated?
The final international shipping quote is determined after your package has been prepared. The calculation may depend on:
- Actual or dimensional weight and final package dimensions.
- Destination country.
- Available carrier and shipping service.
- Any carrier surcharges or destination-specific charges that apply to the shipment.
Once the package is ready, TOKIO MANIA will send you the final shipping quote and payment instructions.

Important Shipping Policies
Product Inspection
If we purchase an item using a product link provided directly by the customer, TOKIO MANIA does not open or inspect the item. It is repacked when necessary and shipped as received.
If TOKIO MANIA locates an item based on a name, brand or photograph provided by the customer, we may open the shipment to confirm that the item matches the listing. This does not constitute a guarantee of condition, functionality or overall quality.
Shipping Payment
International shipping is not included in the product price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Once your package has been prepared and its final weight and dimensions are known, TOKIO MANIA will send the final shipping quote and payment instructions by email.
Customs, Duties and Declared Value
TOKIO MANIA cannot declare a value lower than the actual purchase value. International shipments must contain accurate customs information in accordance with applicable regulations.
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and other fees assessed by the destination country or carrier are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
United States · UPS & Customs
Zone 4 shipments are sent exclusively by UPS. Shipments entering the United States are subject to U.S. customs requirements and may incur duties, taxes and brokerage-related charges.
Customers are responsible for providing any information requested by UPS or customs authorities to complete import clearance.
Prohibited or Restricted Items
Some products cannot be shipped internationally or may be restricted by the carrier or destination country. Examples may include certain lithium batteries, flammable liquids, aerosols and hazardous materials.
Carrier Availability
Shipping services are subject to carrier availability. Japan Post may temporarily suspend or restrict service to specific countries or territories due to transportation capacity, regulatory requirements or other operational conditions.
UPS remains limited to Zone 4 and is not offered as an alternative shipping method for other zones.
